Gemory Setup Guide

Learn how to set up your new Gemory

How to tap Gemory on iPhone

⚠️ Before you tap:

Unlock iPhone:
Your screen should be on the lock screen or the home screen. 

Don't open the Camera:
When the camera is open, the contactless sensor turns off.

Title

- Locate the contactless sensor
Place your Gemory over the sensor area at the top corner of your iPhone (Sensor area is highlighted green in the photo).
 

- Hold Gemory to the sensor
Hold your Gemory flat and flush on the sensor area for 2-3 seconds. Try to cover as much of the sensor with your Gemory.
 

- Click the notification banner
When the notification appears, click it to open your memory.

How to set up Gemory

1. Download the Gemory app

Tap to download the Gemory iPhone app.

Android app will be available soon

2. Create an account

Enter your details and phone number
to create and secure your Gemory account.

3. Activate Gemory

- Navigate to the homepage of Gemory
- Tap the 'Activate Gemory' button
- Tap gemory to the top left of your iPhone (as shown)

4. Create Album

Tap the + sign in the bottom right corner and give the album a name

Click 'add memories' and then select full access

Select the photos and videos you'd like to upload, then click save

Troubleshooting

Is your Gemory not scanning? Try this:

- Remove any Thick, metal, or battery cases. They can interfere with Gemory's signal.

- Nudge Gemory's position slightly around the sensor area (a tiny tilt can help)

- Make sure Camera and Wallet/Apple Pay aren’t open.
